After we complete the commission, we will send a background that can go with your commissioned artwork. Afterward, you can combine the background with the illustration.
Please use your photo editing software when combining the background and the illustration.
How to order

Please make sure to fill out the forms correctly.
I may have to decline your request if there are any issues.
Make sure to double-check your request in your submission folder after you send your request.- 3. An invoice will be sent to you.
My response can possibly delay during around 1:00 to 10:00 GMT+9 so it would be much appreciated if you could wait patiently! Usually, A reply will be sent within 24 hours.
If you did not receive a reply, please send your request again.- 4. Remit your payment within 24 hours.
Your request will be canceled if the payment could not be confirmed within 24 hours.- 5. Completed illustrations will be shown to you within 14 days after payment.
Completed illustrations can only be sent through email.

【Required information】
- Provide a character image.
Requesting without any Character or Character sheet is not allowed.
I won’t be able to accept custom requests like text-only information or series of images that resembles the character or outfit you desire.- Provide a completed reference picture.
Rough sketches/doodles and requesting modifications such as changing colors/sizes, adding accessories/parts, etc to your reference picture will be declined.
If you want any changes to the outfit, please provide another sheet that has a fully completed outfit sheet reference.- Do not change your request after remitting your payment or add additional information.
The invoice has to be sent after confirming your request. Please make sure to double-check your request before remitting your payment.- Follow the TOS and the guide from Hoopyon.
Your requests may be declined if there are any issues or I may ask you to provide additional information.

【Final piece】
- If the character has too many complex designs, they'll be changed to a more simpler design.
If your character has many accessories and parts, they will be omitted.
- No requesting alternative versions.
I make illustrations while piling the layers into one so that the disk usage would be minimalized. Making alternative versions would be too difficult for me since too many layers would cause storage issues.
- Reworks will be declined.
Please make sure you add some important notes if the character has any specific or unclear parts that you would like to add.
Differences may appear on the finished illustration and the reference sheet.
In this case, it's not entirely possible for me to redraw/redesign the illustration.
